07/7/13 Love Around episode 5 真愛黑白配 第五集

Annie is at her landlord’s house and she politely asks him to reconsider his withdrawal of renting the office… he immediately agrees and says that his withdrawal was a mistake. Annie thanks him and leaves… after Annie leaves, George walks out from behind the house (ah… so George had to rush off from the betting place because he had to be quicker than Annie to speak to the landlord!)

Annie and her colleagues are at their office celebrating that the immediate problems of the company have been dealt with… George arrives as well and he had brought them a cake… George then takes Annie to one side and tells her that he is currently unemployed and asks her if he could work for her… Annie is a little shocked and then drags George up to the roof top… Annie tells George that she knows he just wants to help, George doesn’t deny this and tells Annie that the problem with the company is that all the staff there are DJ and none of them specialise in the strategic running of a business… Annie sees the problem but she tells George the problem is that she can’t afford to employ him. George says ‘there’ll be at least 22K right?’… Annie says that she isn’t such a mean boss and offers George 23K… (1000 dollars makes all the difference ;))

George is getting ready for work and keeps trying on different outfits, Grandma comes into his room looking for a charger for her tablet and she starts freaking out and calls for Elleya… Grandma tells Elleya that she is seeing things and that her eyes are going funny, Grandma says that she is going colour blind and George is going pink. Elleya reassures Grandma that she is not going crazy and George is wearing pink… they start teasing him about the fact that he always wears dark colour and that pink really suits him… George just ushers them out of his room… (I actually love Grandma, she is adorable!!)

George goes downstairs for breakfast and Grandma and Elleya ask him why he had changed out of his pink shirt… they tease him about dressing up for his important date! … George turns to his dad and tells him that he is going to work at Annie’s radio station from today… Dad gets really annoyed and says that George is helping outsiders to go against him; George sternly tells his dad that he is not betraying him; he is going to work for Annie to find the reason behind her hate for him… Dad tells George that unless he is going to take over the radio station then there is nothing to be talked about and he walks off…

George goes to the radio station and Annie is on air… George thinks that Annie is having another go at his dad but luckily it was someone different today. ..  Annie finishes her programme and welcomes George to the office; George tells everybody that he has started negotiations with a home ware store but needed someone more experienced to go along as he wasn’t too comfortable with the details…

George and Annie are at IKEA and talks are going well… the manager that they are talking to ask Annie and George to come up with an idea for the advert for their upcoming event…Annie ponders for a while and finally thinks of an idea… she walks over to George and puts her hand to his face and says ‘Darling, I spend a third of my life with you, it doesn’t matter how hard work is or how tiring my lifestyle is, as long as I can come back to you, all my fatigue will disappear…’ … George looks a bit shocked and doesn’t know how to react… He finally comes out with ‘I’m really that important in your life?!’… Annie then moves closer to him and says ‘Darling, I’m talking about the bed, not you…’ George takes Annie’s hand off his face… the manager tries to hold in her laughter… (Haha this was so funny, I think George really believed Annie, his disappointment when Annie said she was talking about the bed was hilarious, I would definitely recommend, give this scene a watch!).  

Annie is about to walk round George to address the manager but she trip and pulls George onto the display bed… They both lay there for a moment and look at each other… they finally spring up and stand up again… The manager tells Annie that she did a good job with the acting and is anticipating their collaboration… Annie praises George and says she will treat him to lunch… at the restaurant; George keeps staring at a father and son sitting at another table… Annie notices this and picks up on the last time when George called into the radio station asking about family problems… George goes on to explain that him and his father were like two lions, neither of which were willing to admit defeat, Annie jokes and says that he could sometime be a cat and be more mellow… George doesn’t want to talk about it anymore and pick up their things and says they should be heading back to the office…

Elleya and her friend go and dine at a restaurant and they see Jack, whilst they are eating Elleya keeps looking at Jack and recalls when Philip punched Jack in the stomach, she watches Jack as tries to eat but watches as he keeps placing his hand over his stomach… Jack returns to his workplace and Elleya watches from the door… the receptionist gives Jack a box of tablet and says that some girl gave it to her to give to him… Jack looks at his for a bit and then just chucks it in the bin… Elleya watches and shout at him from the door, she walks in and asks him why he threw it out and tells him to pick it up… Jack tries to avoid making a scene in the office so he makes Elleya follow him outside…

Elleya tells Jack she gave him medicine because he was hit by Philip, Jack tells her that there was no need because he willingly let Philip hit him so that he could get away from her… he goes on to lecture Elleya that at her age she is supposed to be working, but as a spoilt brat from a rich family she doesn’t understand that time is a really important thing to those who have to work to sustain their living, Elleya says that’s she has worked before and Jack ask her about it and she tells him that she worked 3 days at her father’s business… Jack just gives up and says to her, ‘you’re just someone who doesn’t understand hardships in life, lives in a world of your own, stupid and naive and a daddy’s princess ’… Elleya shouts back at Jack and says that he is being out of order and demands an apology… Jack says he has said nothing wrong and says to her ‘if I am wrong then I will apologise’ and Jack walks off.

Annie goes back to the office and asks where George was and they tell her that he received a telephone call and went out… Annie goes over to James and asks him to do a favour for her… James asks Annie what was in it for him, and Annie says that she will play his song… James agrees…

George walks to his car and Philip is there waiting for him, George immediately turns the radio on to tune into Annie’s programme. George's Dad and Grandma are listening too at home, George is looking at documents and files in the car from his business... Annie starts by saying that she wanted to share one of her listeners story, about a father and son relationship which was having some troubles, Annies says that she knows the son is upset but doesn’t want to say and doesn't know how to express himself, Annie then says that she will dedicate a song to them… she says that the person (ie george) shouldn't aways be so firm, he should soften up sometimes! James starts to play his guitar and they sing the nursery rhyme 哥哥爸爸真偉大 (big brother and daddy are so great) 

George listens in the car and can't help but smile and laugh… Philip starts teasing him and George gives him the stare of death so he shuts up...

Grandma on the other hand goes to her son and says that Annie doesn’t seem that bad… George's dad then says that his mothers taste was obscure and Annie's singing was awful!

Elleya comes home and starts throwing a tantrum… her dad and grandma ask her what was the matter and Elleya goes over to them and asks them as to whther she is an unproductive person… Grandma immediately says yes (haha) … but Dad say no…she then goes on and asks her dad what she produces... Dad thinks for a moment and says that she creates trouble... 

Elleya tells her Dad and Grandma that she doesn’t want people to look down on her, so she has decided that she want to start working, her dad tells her that she could come to work at his multiple businesses!

She thinks about it then says to them that she wants money to open her own business, Dad and Grandma both think she is joking but she tells them that she is dead serious... Grandma then says to her that she will support her in everything she does and then passes Elleya onto her dad, he dad then tells her that he has and always will support her but he then pushes the responsibility onto George and tells Elleya that she needs to ask her brother...

After Annies programmes, her colleagues surround her and asks her about her relationship with George... Annie reassures them that there was nothing going on between the two of them and even when they list out all the things that have happened that involved George she banishes the idea and said it was just a load of coincidences, Jessica then points out that it may be a coincidence but also has to be fate!

James then butts in and says that there are 3 steps of a confession that Annie should look out for... The first being giving her flowers, the second, trying to hold her hand, and lastly trying to have physical contact...

Annie looks a bit shocked and Jessica says to her that she should try looking at the whole situation with George from a different perspective, then maybe she will realise that it's completely different from what she thinks! Annie then says that she has to go to the bank and rushes out...

George finishes looking over the document and gets off the car, he tells Philip to keep quiet about him working at the Radio station... As George is walking back toward the office he donates some money to a charity and they give him some flowers in return... Annie sees him from across the road and comes over, George gives Annie the flowers and thanks her for what she did on air, a car was passing and Annie wasnt able to hear what George said, Annie asks him to repeat what he said but he just says it was nothing and just tells her that the flowers were for her...

George are Annie are in the lift going back up to the office and the lift breaks down, Annie wants to go and press the help button but she was pressing on the close the door button so George goes up behind her and reaches around her to get to the right button... Annie flinches and retreats to the corner of the lift...

Jack is waiting for a lift and notices that one of them was stuck at level 14 so he reports it to the security guy...

Annie is sitting in the lift and she starts thinking about what James said to her earlier, she starts plucking at the flower's petal, as to whether George like her, yes, no, yes, no, yes, no, yes....

George watches Annie for a while and then thinks that she is nervous so goes and holds her hand... Yet again Annie thinks back to what James said, she flinches away and says she it's just a bit stuffy in the lift and stands up... George gets up aswell... The lift then jolts and Annie falls onto George... She thinks to herself, flowers, holding hands, now hugging, what will be next? And she then shouts... KISS?!?! George is as shocked as she is and Annie then collects herself and says to George she just needs to have some time alone and to get her thoughts straight... 

Jack arrives at the office and asks James where Annie was, James tells him that she had gone to the bank and should be back soon... Jack tells the staff about the broken down lift, James then starts joking about George and Annie being stuck in the lift together... Jack tells them that the lift is stuck at level 14 and then everyone suddenly realises that it could well be Annie and George... They rush out and Jack shouts into the lift, Annie realises that it is Jack...

Jack tells her not to worry, Annie says she is fine, Jack tells her that she doesn't need to pretend in front of him, he says that he knows that she used to be petrified of the dark when she was younger (when Jack starts referring to when him and Annie were you younger, George's  facial expression shows a little bit of unease, as if he is mildly jealous...)

Jack then suggests that they play a word game, (Chinese 4 letter phrases game, hard to explain :) ), and the loser treats the other to ice cream, Annie agrees and Jack starts, he starts with '一見鍾情' (love at first sight), Annie starts to think and George comes up with '情有獨鍾' (really like something in particular)... Annie thinks that George is confessing to her and is all over the place, George tries to tell Annie that it was for the word game but Annie is completely thinking the wrong thing... she finally realises and is really embarrassed at herself... she is about to shout back out to Jack but the lift door opens... Annie holds onto Jack's hand and tries to climb up but she doesn't have enough upper body strength... George then tells Annie to stand on his thigh, Annie is reluctant but George insists... finally both of them get out safely... George and Jack introduce themselves and then Jack says to Annie that she lost and tells her not to deny it... she put her hand round his neck in a friendly kind of way... (George yet again has that sort of awkward/mildly jealous look on his face...)
Annie comes back to the office with the ice cream and she takes Jack's favourite flavour to him... she goes back and gets another and takes it over to George... they have the awkward touch of hand moment and Annie pulls away first...
Annie then goes and gets herself one and starts nibbling, but she keeps taking glaces at where George is standing and  Jack watches this (seems to have a lot in his mind)...
The other staff have all left and there is only Jack, Annie and George left in the office... George gets ready to leave and offers to give Annie a lift, Annie tells him that Jack was going to her house so they will leave together... George goes to leave but he stand at the door for a bit and watches Jack and Annie...
George's dad is at home, George comes home and he apologises to his dad...George brought some alcohol home as a present... his dad then tells him that he has something better (a 28 year old brew, 28 being the same age as George...) George's dad goes on to explain why he was so angry that day George decided to stick up for Annie, it's because in 28 years George had never stuck up for outsiders against his dad... George explains to his dad that he understand him, and that all he wants is to protect his kids, George says he is doing what he is doing because he thinks this is the best way for him to protect his dad... George's dad then says that if in 3 months, Annie stops picking on him then he will not buy up the radio station... George reassures his dad and says he will use these 3 months to change Annie's views.
Annie and Jack are on the bus and Jack asks her about her 'singles' ring, and why George has one too... Annie tells him that it just shows that they are both single... Annie then asks Jack, if a guy is always there for a girl when she is upset or facing difficulties, does that mean that the guy likes the girl... Jack says that it could be but also not... Jack then catches on and asks Annie if she was referring to George, Annie avoids the question and says that she is the one asking the questions... Jack then lets it go and says that the most important thing is whether or not the girl likes the guy, if she does then thing will be meaningful, if not then it won't mean anything anyway... Jack finally asks 'So do you like ZhouZhen (ie George)'...

Really evident love triangle developing here... Jack likes Annie, Annie likes George, George likes Annie... Annie also has a best friend in Jack but evidently doesn't see him as a potential love interest! One thing I really like about George is that he is doesn't seem to realise how much he is changing for Annie... i think all that is on his mind is to help her, help her at all expenses, he doesn't really have limits. I think that the weird looks on George's face when Annie interacts with Jack is the first signs of jealousy but maybe George doesn't even realise that he likes her that much!
Aha I also love James... his 3 steps to confession has really stuck with Annie and the lift scene was hilarious... the point where Annie said she needed some space, i think George just want to stick as close to the wall as possible (or find some way to become smaller)... and then when Annie shouted KISS!!! George's facial expressions were priceless!!
I think Annie has finally come to terms that she has feeling for George, now we are waiting for when George finally realises his feelings. In all honesty, I sort of feel that Jack will go with Elleya but on the other hand I want to see this love triangle developing!!
Also a last mention to Elleya, her Dad and Grandma as well, they are absolutely halarious... the thing I also love about Elleya is that even though she is spoilt, she isn't portraying a character who is hated... Elleya's character is just naive and stupid which makes her really likeable even though she is a spoilt girl...
Really really loving this drama... 1 episode a week is just too long to wait!

30/6/13 Love Around episode 4 真愛黑白配 第四集

Jack is at the office telling Annie that 3 months is the longest that the company could stand with its current situation… Annie is shocked and shouts it out loud… all the employees turn round and look at her. Jack tells Annie that all she can do now is make cutbacks and hopefully get some new companies wanting to place adverts. Jack says he will take the accounts home to do some analysis.

Elleya (George’s sister) is sitting on a bed and her friend is sitting on the chair talking to her... Elleya is stabbing at cuddly toys with Jack’s name written on it with a screwdriver… Elleya says she has to get an apology from Jack himself before she can get over the situation… she tells her friend that she has to get revenge today!! Elleya gets George’s assistant (his name is 菲力 so I’m going to call him Philip) to help her get revenge… She makes up a story saying that Jack was trying to sexually harass her as she was going shopping and Jack started following her and even chased her into the girls washroom… Philip promises that he will help her seek revenge…

Annie is at work and all her colleagues are on the phone… they all look suspicious as if they are trying to ask around for new jobs…  Annie gets a little upset and gets her bag to leave… as she walks out of the door she runs into her other colleague, she apologises for being late, Annie says its OK and just asks where she has been, it turns out that she was trying to get people to place adverts and managed to secure a deal… Annie lightens up and is very grateful. Annie tells her that the other colleagues were looking for new jobs and only she was working hard to help her revive the business. Annie tells her colleague that she is going to meet with the companies that withdrew their adverts and hopefully change their minds…

Annie is sitting on the steps outside a business and George pulls up in his car… he walks over to Annie and asks her what she was doing sitting outside… Annie then asks him how comes he had shown up here… George tells her that he came to see if she was alright as she told him that she would be here today… George asks her why she was outside then and not inside talking to the manager… Annie explains that she has been in and was told that the manager was not there, however she  says she knows that he is as his car was parked in his designated parking space… Annie tells George that she has been sitting there for 3 hours. George tells her that it was no use just sitting there and he tells her that if the manager doesn’t come out then they have to find a way to make him come out. George gets in his car and reverses straight into the managers car… Annie is gobsmacked and asks George what the hell he was doing, and tells him that if the manager found out that it was them two that caused the damage he would never place an ad again… George then looks at her and says ‘Do I know you?’… Annie finally catches on.

The manager has finally come out and George says that he will pay for the damage… Annie asks the manager if he could rethink his decision to withdraw the ads, the manager says that he knows that they have always has a good business relationship, however he was approached by another radio station who was offering him much better rates. The mangers tells Annie that GuanLiang was just so much cheaper… George hears this name and his ears pricks up… Annie understands and does push it.

George drives Annie back to the radio station and Annie thanks George for what he did and offers to pay half of the damage fee… George tells her that there was no need as it was his idea. Annie says to him that the radio station just means so much to her and that she cant watch it collapse… George goes into his car and fetches the baseball and says that she was so lucky to catch it and that it would bring her good luck.

Annie goes back to her office and she finds three envelopes on her desk, she thinks that they are resignation letters and she opens them and reads them… it turns out that all her colleagues have no intention of leaving her and that they all want to help. Annie is really moved and shed a few tears… her colleagues then jump out from behind her telling her that they will support her and the radio station. The phone then ring and one of Annie’s colleagues goes and picks it up… the landlord was calling to tell them that he wanted the place back immediately and tells them to move as soon as possible.

George is back at his hotel and sees his dad and a girl called Miki… his dad was showing her round and he tells George to be their guide, George tours them round the hotel and explains everything. George's dad then says to Miki that if she was willing to be his daughter in law then George would give her a very warm and loving home as well… George looks a bit shocked but Miki praises George as well… Miki’s phone rings and she steps aside…George then ask his dad why he was trying to pair him up with Miki… George then questions his dad whether or not GuanLiang was the radio station of his friend and whether or not he knew of the situation of them lowering prices to get adverts, his dad just brushes him off and says it’s a business strategy. Miki comes back and breaks the conversation.
Philip is in the car with Elleya and her friends and they spot Jack... Philip gets out of the car and immediately goes after Jack, he gets Jack into an alley way and questions him on why he harassed Elleya, Jack didn't know who Philip was talking about so he describes Elleya and Philip says that yes that was Elleya, Jack then calmly explains to Philip what actually happened and tells him that he is being used by Elleya, Philip then says to himself 'why does she lie to me every time'(haha). Jack then says seeing that everything was clear now he was going to leave... Philip stops him and tries to convince Jack to just apologise, Jack refuses... Philip then tells Jack that Elleya will just continue to seek revenge and annoy him if he doesn't apologise... Jack tells Philip to just hit him and Elleya will be happy, Philip replies that he has no reason to hit Jack so he wont... Jack then punches him in the face and says that he has given him a reason to... Philip then punches Jack straight in the stomach and Jack cripples to the ground in pain... Elleya watches and smiles... Philip helps Jack up and Jack walks away with his hand over his stomach in pain... Suddenly Elleya realises that Jack was actually hurt and she feels genuine concern for him and feels really bad as she looks at him walking away...
George arrives home and there are 5 top chefs preparing dinner... George goes over to his sister and asks her what was going on, Elleya tells him that their dad wanted to have a nice meal together... George's nanny is sitting on the settee playing on her tablet and George asks Elleya how long nanny had been playing, Elleya lies and says not even an hour but Nanny then burst her own bubble and says she had been playing all afternoon. George takes the tablet and says she can only play after dinner and he goes to get his dad from upstairs... As he walks to his Dads room he overhears his dad talking to somebody and discussing about GuanLiang reducing prices... George goes to his dad and asks him if he was the one buying Annie's radio station, George then asks his dad why he lied earlier when he asked him about GuanLiang... His dad brushes it off and goes downstairs for dinner... George follows him and then says to his dad that he knew Annie and that it was really nasty of him to do things like that... His dad explains that it was Annie's own fault as she was the one who started picking on him first and keep bringing up the fact that he used to be a triad leader... George then tells his dad that his ways of doing things were over the top and that was the reason why people don't forget the fact that he was a triad leader... Dad gets really upset by George's accusation and Nanny sitting there scolds George and tells him to apologise... Dad says that his background was bad and that was the precise reason why he doesn't like people bringing it up as he doesn't want his kids to be misunderstood as bad people with dark backgrounds... Dad just walks away.
George is sitting in his room listening to Annie on the radio and he calls in... he says he is Mr J and he has a query... Annie can hear that George is a little troubled and asks him what has happened... George then asks Annie that if a situation arises such that his family and friends were opponents, which side should he choose?... Annie tells George that he should always choose his family as kids should never betray parents. George then asks Annie to play 我會在你身邊 (I will be by your side) for his friend with the singleton ring Miss L who is having some difficulties at the moment (ie Annie)...
Annie leaves work that evening and as she was walking Jack calls at her from behind... Jack and Annie are sitting on swings in the park and Jack gives Annie a budgeting proposal... Annie tells Jack that the whole situation was not easy to solve any more as even the landlord want the office back now... Jack then recollects their memories of the swing when they were younger and he pushes Annie on the swings and says that just like when they were younger the higher she swings the less trouble and worries she will have...
George is at the baseball practise place and just keeps smashing the ball... he thinks through all that his dad said to him that evening and gets more and more frustrated...
The next morning George drives to Annie's house, he sees Annie and is about to get out of the car but then withdraws his hand from the handle on the door... suddenly Annie knocks on his window... George rolls down the window and says Good Morning... Annie asks him what was the matter and he tells her that he wanted to talk to her but it was all sorted now... Annie then says why not have breakfast together and George says he will treat her...
Annie is at the office with George and all the other colleagues and Annie introduces George... George has brought them all breakfast... James (one of the employees) then stops as he is about to eat and asks Annie whether or not this was the last meal, like the people who are on death sentences who always get a really good meal before they are executed... all the other employees scold James and tells his to shut up... George steps in and explains that he was meant to be treating Annie but Annie says that her colleagues may not have eaten so George brought everyone breakfast... one of the other employees then tells Annie that they need to pay their taxes and it 200000 dollars, Annie reassure them and says it will all be fine as she has sorted something out with the bank, her colleagues know that she is putting up a front and they all offer her their savings, Annie says that she know they are trying to help but she can't accept their hard earned money... Annie tells them that her programme is about to start and she goes off into the studio...
George calls Philip and asks him where him was...
Annie meets George outside a betting shop and he tells Annie to try her luck and to get a scratch card... Annie tells him that she never had luck with things like that and that she was better off saving the money, George encourages her and says that out of everyone at the baseball game she was able to catch the baseball so that must be lucky so she should wish at the baseball and then buy a scratch card and she might win... She holds the baseball and makes a wish and walks inside to choose her scratch card... She picks one to her left and George tells her to pick the kind on her right, Annie asks him why and he tells her that it will be luckier... Annie scratches the card and doesn't win anything :( George then rolls the baseball of the table and as Annie goes and gets it, George swaps Annie's card with one from his pocket... Annie tells him that they should go but George says that she should double check and makes her sit down again... Annie looks and this time it shows she has won 200 thousand dollars... Annie thinks she is seeing things and asks George to check for her and holds it up to his face... George has a flash back and he and Philip are sitting in his car frantically scratching a whole load of scratch card until finally they get the one with 200 thousand, George is ecstatic with the win and quickly gets off the car, Philip then says 'we spent 300 thousand on buying scratch card and we only won 200 thousand, evening primary school children would know that we made 100 thousand loss...' George then reassure Annie that she did have a win and Annie jumps up and down and is ecstatic and hugs George, George tells Annie to go to the bank to collect her winning whilst he has to go off as he has something to do...

Aww, George is literally the perfect guy!! I loved the scene of George in his car scratching the scratch cards!! I have to say I'm loving Philip as well, his character is so funny! 

I definitely think George has fallen for Annie, I just hope that he will be able to help her and that they can overcome the fact of his dad's past... In fact I was watching the preview for this episode and it had a scene where George was meant to ask Annie to employ him... I was rather surprised it didn't happen so hopefully it will come soon. It was also so manly of George to help Annie when he crash his car into that manager's car!!

I also love Elleya's character, even though she is spoilt I don't think she is cruel, as much as she was saying she wanted revenge on Jack, when he got hit by Philip, she showed genuine concern for him as he limped away :'(.

Lastly I was thinking about the song 我會在你身邊 'I will be by your side', (I am always singing it now haha)... anyway, I was thinking that it was George's song with his ex girlfriend but now it seems as if it is George and Annie's song which seems a bit weird :S

Lastly I wanted some opinions on this... After George's clash with his dad I was thinking to myself, does George himself show a little bit of triad style... Please don't hate me for saying it but like in this episode when George rammed his car into the managers car, or like his trick of releasing all the pressure from Jason's tyres or like when he threw the paint all over Jason's house ... to me it just seems a little triady, don't get me wrong, I still think George is the perfect guy but...

23/6/13 Love Around episode 3 真愛黑白配 第三集

George drives and stops his car in a derelict area and he gets off the car, his assistant and a few other guys are there waiting for him, George walks over to a great big ditch in the ground and Jason is inside the ditches really scared... George then turns round and tells his assistant to follow him, George then says to his assistant that he has overdone it and all George wanted was to speak to Jason and not actually have him put in a ditch, the assistant than says he'll improve next time haha. 

George walks over to the ditch again and says to Jason to never ever go near Annie again... Jason defends himself and says that he only did so because Annie released all the pressure from his tyres... George then really manly takes up all the responsibility and says that he did it and Annie had nothing to do with it, at this point Jason is petrified and just agrees and promises to not go near Annie again and also never to speak a word of their meeting.

Annie is at home and she texts George asking him if he was OK, George responds that he is fine, Annie says back to him that she knows he is a 'hard man' but if there are bruises that he need to use an ice pack.

The next morning Annie leaves for work... She is walking along and suddenly Jason pops up... Annie gets really scared and tries to look for ways to run away... However Jason just stands there and apologises and asks for her forgiveness and then tells her that he will never ever appear near her again, before Annie could ask why Jason had the sudden change of attitude he had gone...

George is getting ready to leave his house and he is about to put on his watch (the smashed one) but he looks at it for a few seconds and decides to just leave it on the table and he leaves.

Annie is at work now and she is trying to look for a watch for George, her colleagues gather around her and then questions her about George but Annie just does a brief description and tells them that there is nothing going on between herself and George so they let her off, Annie finally finds the watch she is looking for and tells them that she has to go and she rushes off...

George is at the hotel hard at work; he checks everything personally and is very attentive to the smallest details... George is outside strolling and checking the exterior and he says to his assistant that he thinks the hotel is on the right path and that they should find another project to invest in. George then tells his assistant that his work is done for the day and that he could go home... After the assistant leaves, George gets a phone call from Annie asking him if he was free...

George is standing outside a shopping mall and Annie finally turns up, George asks Annie what is going on but she tells him just to follow her.

Inside the shopping mall George and Annie walk up to a jewellers and George stands there deep in thought… he asks Annie why there were there and Annie tells him that she wanted to replace his watch… George says that there is no need to replace it but Annie is imminent and tells George just to go in and have a look and she drags him into the shop.

Inside a sales person walks up to them and asks them if they needed any help… Annie asks him if there was any male watches that he would recommend… George sees the guy and starts keeping his head low and walking away… the sales person catches sight of George and says ‘Hello, Mr Zhou, haven’t seen you in a while, did your girlfriend like the watch you chose last time?’ Annie takes a step to George’s side and whispers to him asking him if the sales guy was implying the watch that was smashed… George just subtly nods at Annie… the sales man catches on and asks them if they wanted to look at other couples watches… George then says that he broke up with his girlfriends and that he won’t need anything today and he walks off… Annie apologises to the sales man and leaves with George.

George is driving with Annie in the car… Annie apologises to George but George says it is OK… he was going to drive her home but Annie says that seeing that they are both single and have all this extra time that they don’t need to spend with their other halves, they should have a day of activities… George agrees and they set off… they decide to go and have lunch, as they are walking towards the restaurant, Annie’s phone rings and she tells George to go inside first… just after he gets inside, he runs straight into his ex girlfriend and a guy, the ex girlfriend introduces the guy as her new boyfriends and emphasises that he is a doctor and from a clean background… George seems hurt but he says he can see that she looks happy and he sincerely wishes them a happy future together… the ex girlfriend and her new boyfriend leave and as they get to the door, Annie is on the other side… Annie is pushing the door to get in and the ex girlfriend is pushing to get out… they don’t let each other go (the ex girlfriend looks annoyed)… finally Annie gives way and lets them out.

At the table George is really dazed and Annie asks him what happened… he tells Annie that he bumped into his ex girlfriend… Annie asks him if he was OK, George explains that he is fine and that he has let it go… Annie tells him that letting go is one thing, however moving forward is another… George tells her that he is moving forward but it’s just that he is moving slowly… Annie tells him that they should just move forward… outside of the window of the restaurant, the ex girlfriend is standing there staring at Annie and George… (Can’t tell what her expression means)…

Annie and George are standing on a balcony type place and hold up their hands… they each have a ring on the little finger and Annie says to him that it is a ‘singles’ ring to show everyone that they single.

Annie then takes George to a dating club and makes him fill in a form… George is reluctant and asks her if they really needed to use a dating club… Annie convinces George that he doesn’t go out much and doesn’t get to know new people often so this was a good way of meeting people… George then gives in and fills in the form, he takes Annie’s form for guidance and he sees that she works as a DJ, Annie asks him if he has ever listened to her radio station… he said sometimes but his ex girlfriend was a fan… George says his ex girlfriend used to listen to someone called XiaoXia… which is in fact Annie’s programme… George then owes up and says that he was Mr J; George then thanks Annie for her supportive words that she said on air…

George and Annie are inside the club and they start talking about how they met at the baseball ground place… Annie then asks George if he has ever watched a live match and he said no… Annie then asks him if he was interested as there was one tonight and he says yes.

At the baseball match, Annie is very excited but George looks a bit serious… Annie tells him to let loose and enjoy the match but George says he is just seriously watching it… Annie tells him to start getting more excited and cheer on the team… they then manage to catch a ball which they get really excited about…  George and Annie then leave, Annie asks George why they were leaving as the match hadn’t even finished, but he points out to her that she has a curfew… George offers to take Annie home but she tells him that there was no need and they should get used to the fact they are single and not having to take people home.

The next morning, the accountant guy (Jack Li), is at a café/restaurant asking for directions, after that he decides to order some food as well… he orders a smoked chicken quesadilla with peanut butter and double cheese, with pepper and not chilli… Jack goes and sits down and his OCD kicks in and he rearranges everything on the table and is scrubbing the table clean as well… Annie then walks in the door and orders the exact same thing as Jack… the chicken quesadilla with peanut butter and double cheese, with pepper and not chilli… Jack looks at her in amazement… their food finally come and Annie then draws a smiley face with the ketchup… Jack remember an episode of when he was young and he was eating at Annie’s house, the exact same thing, the chicken quesadilla with peanut butter and double cheese, with pepper and not chilli (haha sorry I’m going to keep writing it out XD). Jack then calls the restaurant from his phone and asks to speak to someone called LiangXiaoShu (Annie), he wanted to check it was in fact Annie… he hangs up the line after Annie picks up and he just sits there with a great big grin on his face looking at Annie waiting for her to realise who he was… Annie doesn’t have a clue and starts getting scared and thinks Jack could be the weird guy that called into her radio station… Annie quickly pays and leaves… she hides and runs and shuffles and continually checks to see if anyone was following her… she finally makes it to near where she lives and just as she thought she was alone, she turns round and Jack is standing there… Annie says to herself she needs to pretend that it isn’t her house and just keep walking… Jack calls after her and Annie finally realises who he is and runs to him… 

Annie invites Jack home to see her parents and they ask him what happened to him and it turned out that after his parents divorced he moved abroad and only recently came back to Taiwan and he is now an accountant… Annie then realises that it was perfect as the radio station was just in need of an accountant… As Jack leaves for work he asks Annie where her brother was and Annie tells him that he had passed away and tells Jack that she will fill him in when they next meet…

George’s sister (Elleya), is standing in the lobby of a building plotting against Jack and seeking revenge… she want to trip him up so he falls onto her and she will then accuse him of touching her up… Jack makes it to the building,  just as Elleya’s friend is about to push him into Elleya, she trip and misses Jack but ends up nudging another guy who falls towards Elleya and pulls her skirt down… Elleya is mortified and is hiding her face… Jack sees this and goes over to cover her up with his jacket.

Annie arrives at work and all her colleagues look really concerned… they tells Annie that all their advertisers have decided to end their contracts, basically meaning that the radio station has no income… A man then walks in (the guy that works for George’s dad) and says he wants to speak to the manager… Annie goes with him for a coffee and the man starts telling Annie that he is interested in buying up the company as he wants to move into the media industry… he promises to keep all the employees and the only change will be a new person in charge and Annie will go from being the owner to being a employee… Annie doesn’t know what to do and asks the guy for some time to think about it.

That evening at dinner, Annie is very away with it, but she doesn’t tell her parents what has happened… Annie then gets a text from George saying that he has the ball she caught at the baseball game and asks her when she wants it back… Annie replies and asks him if he was free now.

They are outside playing catch and Annie tells George the whole story of the advertising and the takeover… George tells Annie that there is definitely something suspicious and asks her if she has caused any trouble recently but Annie can only think of Jason… George assures her that it wouldn’t be him and he tells her that all she can do now is act carefully.

The next morning, Jack is at the radio station looking over the company accounts and he tells Annie that the station has not been making much money at all and without the advertising, the company could only last another 3 months maximum…

Wow, another long review! I think George was so cool at the beginning when he had Jason in the ditch! Haha, serves him right!

I’m now really curious as to why George’s ex girlfriend stood there to watch Annie and George at the restaurant… I can’t quite tell what the expression on her face meant.

I think Annie and George have definitely grown really close these few day and George also for the first time contacted Annie which is a step forward. Can’t wait to see what happens with the radio station and how George gets employed there. Also I’m really anticipating George trying to cover up the fact that it is his father who is causing the trouble!

16/6/13 Love Around episode 2 真愛黑白配 第二集

Annie and George are at the police station, George is trying to explain to the officer that he was not trying to drug rape Annie, but the officer is not having any of it and just tells him to wait and he will continue the case once Annie wakes up... Annie is lying on George's lap and is still very very drunk... George tries to wake her up but she isn't sober at all... Annie then finally sits up and George calls the officer over again... the officer asks Annie if she knew George and George is sitting there nodding, confident that Annie will reply yes, but Annie looks at George and then at the officer and then shakes her head. George then hold Annie and tells her to look at him and then she suddenly chunders all down him... she then finally sobers up... Annie and George then exit the police station and Annie is holding onto her handbag as someone had picked it up and handed it in to the police station. Annie then apologises to George for the mishaps that evening... George's phone then suddenly rings and his sister is on the other end saying that their grandmother had a heart attack and that he has to come to the hospital to see her. George then says goodbye to Annie and says that he has to leave... Annie then politely asks him for some money as she had used all of hers at dinner... George then gives her the money and turns to leave... Annie is imminent that she will pay him back but he says no... Annie then asks him for one last favour to borrow his phone to call the taxi but in fact she calls her colleagues and asks her to make a note of his number... Annie and George then leave separately...
Annie sneaks home and thought she was not found out (she has a curfew of 10pm) however just as she was through the door her mum was there... Annie then apologises to her mum and tells her the story of Jason (her now ex boyfriend) and her mum then mellows and stops telling her off... Annie's dad then comes into the room and he looks really angry... Annie's mum then tries to help Annie and pretends to discipline her but doesn't really hit her... Annie's dad sees through this and just tells them to stop acting... her dad goes over to the dining table and sits down... Annie then goes over to him and apologises sincerely and explains the situation and her mum helps her, so her dad lets her off but tells her not to do so ever again.
At the hospital there is a huge bunch of triad people who are lining the corridor of the hospital and as George's dad arrives, they all shout his name... he tells them to quieten down but then reply yes in just as loud a voice haha... finally George arrives and he goes with his dad to see his grandma and his grandma is in the hospital room with George's sister... Grandma is frantically looking around for her mobile phone and saying that she has to be playing this game or she will lose her ranking... George then tries to comfort her and tries to help her look for it as well but it turns out that it was just in her pocket... George then questions his dad and sister as to what happened and they try to make an excuse but it turns out that they were playing mahjong and grandma got a little too overexcited... George then gets angry at his sister and dad for letting grandma play but then grandma cleverly says that it was his fault as he didn't come home last night for his birthday so she wanted people to play with... George then softens up... Grandma then accidentally blurts out that George sister let her drink alcohol and then George has another go at his sister as she tries to talk her way out again.
Annie and her parents are walking toward a tombstone in a cemetery and they see a bunch of flowers on top of the tombstone and then starts to say how they detest the person that lay them there and that it was all a fake gesture... it turns out that the tombstone is in memory of Annie's brother, (we don't know what happened to him but...), the family are very angry at the situation and Annie's dad picks up the flowers that were there and says that he is going to bin them... as he walks away, he just crumples up the flowers out of hatred.
Annie is back at work and she is on air, she starts picking on an ex triad leader 'Mr Zhou' (which is George's dad) and starts telling her listener that he was out of order and made a shop turn away all their customers just to serve him, she takes a dig at him and says that a guy had actually booked the restaurant a month ago to propose to his girlfriend... George's dad is listening to the programme at home and he says 'here we go again and she is taking at stab at me again', Annie then opens up the lines for callers to call in and George's dad calls in and pretends he is just a listener and starts defending 'Mr Zhou' (himself)... Annie disputes with him and says that he doesn't know the whole situation and that Mr Zhou was wrong... they keep arguing until finally George's dad just hangs up... A guy then comes into the room to see George's dad and starts reporting to him about his business... George's dad then says that he actually doesn't understand and all that he want to know is whether or not he can afford to buy the radio station (referring to Annie's radio station)... the other man say yes, they have the funds...
George is on the way to work he has his eyes closed to rest, suddenly the car stops and it turns out his driver has pulled up in front of where his ex-girlfriend works, George then tells his driver that there was no need to ever stop there again...
George pulls up in front of the hotel and as he gets out his phone rings, Annie is calling him, she tells him she noted his number that all she wanted was to return his money, George just tells her there is no need and he wont take back his words and says bye bye and then hangs up.
George's sister is walking along the pavement in a very short QiPao dress and a car nearly hits her but a guy (the accountant guy who I likes to make his point clear) manages to save her... they spin around dramatically and then suddenly a bucket of water tips all over her and she is furious... she demands an apology but this accountant guy says that all in all it is her fault and she should have been the one looking at where she was going... this infuriates George's sister even more... the guy then gives the women who dropped the bucket of water his card and said that if ever George's sister revenges on her to just call him and he just walks off...
That evening Annie is at a karaoke club place and is waiting for her colleagues to turn up for their planned meal/gathering but then she get a pile of notes from the waiter from her colleagues all saying that they were busy and had things to do and couldn't make it... Annie then just sits in the room alone...
George arrives at his sister's friends party and gives the birthday girl a present and then leaves and tells them that he will pay, as he is leaving he walks past Annie in her room and watches her for a bit... Annie finishes her karaoke and sees George at the door... she tells him to come in and they sit there and talk, George finally accepts Annie's money... George points out to Annie that he saw she was a bit upset when she was singing and Annie says, after a breakup, you always have a messy period, George then tries to cheer her up and says that just imagine when she does find her Mr Right then Jason would be just a stepping stone along the way... Annie then thanks him for his confidence in her and George replies that 'it is because your are a girl that is worthy of love'... then the song '我會在你身邊' (I will be by your side) comes on and Annie says that she knew the song really well as she listens to it all the time at work... George then also says he knows the song so Annie then urges them to do a duet..
George and Annie are retracing their route from the other day as she want to look for her phone, but they aren't having any luck, Annie then sees a pot of paint and decides to revenge on Jason again... She is writing of his wall in the yellow paint and George can't watch it any more and just picks up the pot of paint and tells Annie to get out of the way as he throws the paint all over the wall/fence. Annie looks on, gobsmacked but George says this was the real way to revenge... Annie then sees the funny side and says that she does feel a whole lot better...
Just as they are laughing Jason and a group of people walk up to the house and Jason says he brought all these people as he guessed someone was causing him trouble... Jason then says to Annie, 'you accused me of cheating, looking at you, I think it was about the same' (implying her and George),  George wasn't  going to bulge but Annie gets really scared and grabs onto George and starts running... they run into a park and as they were about to change direction, Annie trips but luckily George catches her, however Jason and his crew catch up... George defends Annie and tells the guys not to fight with him as they don't have a chance, nonetheless a fight breaks out, George is amazing at fighting and knocks them all down... Jason gets scared and then runs to hold Annie hostage and has a sharp rock in his hand... George tells him to let her go but Jason grabs onto her harder. Jason tells George to go down on his knees to humiliate him... George is reluctant and tightens his fist, Annie tells George not to do it and tells him to just leave but he sees a helpless and crying Annie and he finally goes down on his knees, Jason tells his counterparts to take their revenge, and one guy holds onto George whilst the others beat his up... Annie is cry uncontrollably and a voice over from Annie says sorry to George, and George replies that it isn't her fault, and the guys continually beat George...
Finally Jason threatens Annie and tells her never to play at anything again and then he leaves with his counterparts... Annie goes over to George and he is in pain, Annie wants to take George to the hospital and the police station but George refuses and says that he is fine, George then says he has to get her home or it will be past her curfew... Annie  gives in and George walks her home. As they reach Annie's house, George goes to look at his watch but it is all smashed... Annie feels really guilty and apologises and says she will buy him a new one but he says that sometimes things happen for a reason and that maybe it is telling him to let go, he say it in a way that is meant for himself but he then says that he was referring to Annie letting go of Jason... Annie expresses that she now hates that guy and that she can't believe that Jason was from a triad background as she has the deepest hatred of people related to the triads.
George then tells Annie she should go home and they say goodbye and Annie goes into the building... George turns to leave and as he does so, he calls his assistant and says 'I need you to do something for me'...

Wow, these reviews are getting long... I find this drama so addictive and I love how it is so fast moving, so much happens in one episode... the police scene I found was hilarious!!
I want to know what happened to Annie's brother, my guess is it has something to do with triads and this will probably be one of the big rifts between Annie and George...
I love George's sister, she is a little spoilt but her scenes with George are really funny... I have to say, George's dad is also a very funny character, I love how he called Annie up on air to defend himself!
Then we get the part where George is fighting, he looked so handsome!! I definitely think George has some feelings for Annie, for a man to go down on his knees is a really big deal and George hasn't even known Annie for very long but he is willing to do so... it must mean something!

9/6/13 Love Around episode 1 真愛黑白配 第一集

George is being recorded on a video camera whilst a girl is singing him happy birthday at a stadium, elsewhere, Annie is in a cab and she asks the driver to turn on the radio, (back to George) the birthday song finishes, (back to Annie), she is stuck in traffic and she just tells the driver she will get off there and rushes out of the cab. (Back to George), the girl goes to get the cake and tells George to blow out the candles and make a wish , he tells the girl to stand there and wait for him as he needs to go and get something. (Back to Annie) Annie is frantically runny along the pavement, really rushing to get somewhere. (Back to George) George then sets up the video camera and sets it to face the girl, he leaves the camera to record and he walks over to the girl, he has a box in his hands and he goes up behind the girl and puts his arms out in front of her and gives her a present, she then asks him why he is giving her a gift on his birthday. (Back to Annie), Annie is now in the grand hall of a building and she rushes towards the lifts but there are so many people queueing to get into the lift, she turns and runs again. (Back to George), George starts to explain and says that because she is his wish, and then he puts the watch (the present) on her wrist, he then says that he wishes that everyday, minute, second and every year will be as it is now. (Back to Annie), Annie has taken the other route and decided to take the stairs, she is frantically clambering up the stairs.(Back to George), the girl then holds his face in her hands and says 'seeing that this is your birthday wish, I promise I will help you fulfil your dreams every year'. (Back to Annie), Annie is still frantically clambering up the stairs... (Back to George), George and the girl kiss and they embrace each other. (Back to Annie), a clock shows that it is 8:59:50 and counting, she runs straight to the studio and she just makes it on air... and introduces her radio programme. (Back to George)... George is sitting on his sofa and he is actually watching the clip of him and the girl from his birthday, he is staring at the screen with a sort of anger and he keep rewinding the clip and replaying the same part, the bit when the girl is saying 'seeing that this is your birthday wish, I promise I will help you fulfil your dreams every year'. (Back to Annie), the phone rings and Annie puts the caller on air, the caller sounds really creepy and then say 'what colour underwear are you wearing today' and then makes a really creepy laugh. (Back to George)... George still looks really angry and his phone then rings, he picks it up and his assistant is wishing him Happy Birthday, George gets up from where he is sitting and is on the phone but then his foot knocks onto a box, he opens it and he throws his phone onto his bed, he looks in the box and there are 2 photos of him and the girl and also the watch that he gave her is back in its box. George looks at the things and is really upset, he takes a deep breath and then picks up his phone again and answers the assistant. (Back to Annie)... Annie is now having a go at the caller, she says she will track him down and then expose his identity and she keeps ranting at him until finally he hangs up... Annie then gets even more annoyed, she then finally collects herself and says to her listeners that they have to learn how to treat cases as such aha. (Back to George), George is now outside his house and he dials the number for Annie's radio station and he then say 'I'm Mr J and as usual I want to request the same song'... he then hops onto his car and gets his assistant to turn on the radio station... Annie is on air now and says that she has noticed that it has been about 2 weeks now and Mr J has requested the same song for Miss C everyday, Annie then say that she guesses that something is going on between them, and she wishes them well but also she tells Mr J as a DJ she is always prepared to listen to him. They song is then playing... Annie's colleagues come into the Studio and asks her why she is said those words to George, Annie tells them that she feels that Mr J is really isolated and she just want to give him some support.
The girl that was with George (I'm going to say it is his girlfriend), she is sitting by a piano and she is holding her laptop and is listening to the broadcast. Someone comes into the room and says to her that there is someone outside waiting for her... she goes outside and George is standing there... George tries to convince her to take him back but she says that she cannot accept the fact that he is from a triad background, George tries to explain that he isn't and his father had also stopped for over 10 years, but George's ex girlfriend then says that it the fact of his background still affects them and that she has been fired multiple times because she is a teacher and parents have complained... George tries to give her the watch again but she just asks him to let her go... She says that all the love that she ever had for him has all gone and the trouble she has endured because of his background has tarnished all the love that was ever there... George asks her one last time if there was another chance and she says no... George tells her to keep the watch and she says she doesn't want it so she throws it on the floor and she walks away saying that her everyday, minute, second has nothing to do with him any more.
Annie leaves work early as she has to rush to get her boyfriend a present... she goes to a baseball training ground place to try and choose something from the shop there, she sees this autographed bat and she wants to buy it but it turns out it is not for sale and you have to win a competition, Annie signs up for it and she looks for somewhere to practise... coincidentally George is there playing as well... Annie goes into one of the slots next to George and George tells her that he has booked them and that he doesn't like people next to him when he plays baseball... Annie tries to reason with him but he doesn't take any of it... Annie is about to carry on but the competition starts so she has to go... Annie is really bad at playing baseball and keeps missing or the ball hits her body... the organiser just tells her that she doesn't have a chance and suggests she just pulls out... Annie is sitting down and checking her bruises and she notices George and how well he plays so she goes and asks him to enter the competition for her... George tells her that he has no reason to help her... Annie then tells him that it is for her boyfriend and then she says that every guy would love to receive a good gift from their girlfriends. Annie says to George that he is her last hope and George does help her win... Annie rushes to go after she collects the bat and it suddenly rains... a cab pulls up and she jumps in quickly, not realising that it had stopped because of traffic lights and actually George was in the cab. Annie then quickly gets out and stands in the rain... George leaves but he then tells the driver to turn back again and picks up Annie as well... Annie is sitting and trying to dry herself off and she tries to reach for the tissues... George is asleep and she leans across him... the car swerves and Annie's head ends up on George's lap and he wakes up as well... Annie gets really embarrassed. Annie then is on the phone to her mother and doesn't even realise that George had gotten off the car... when she finished talking she asks the driver and he tells her that George had paid for her as well... Annie feels as if she was milking George so she asks him to turn back so she can give George his money back. George is the CEO of the hotel and a manager is reporting to him and it turns out that his sister is in the hotel pool without him knowing... George goes to the pool and then tells his sister off for being selfish and getting loads of people to dote on her whilst she is using the pool and also putting up a sign so other people can't use it. George tells his sister to go home whilst he goes off to do some other things
Annie goes into the hotel and she calls her boyfriend... her boyfriend then makes up an excuse and says that he is busy tonight so he cant celebrate together... Annie reluctantly agrees to see him tomorrow. Annie goes and tells the receptionist she is looking for someone called 'Zhou...' but then she catches a glimpse of her boyfriend and follows him... it turns out that he has another girl... he goes into the lift with the other girl as Annie looks on... Annie goes back into the lobby and the receptionist asks her again who she was looking for and Annie says her boyfriends name and she watches the receptionist dial the room number then Annie rushes off... she storms to the room that her boyfriend is in and she passes George... George follows her... Annie gets to the room and rings on the door bell and her boyfriend comes out half undressed... he tries to make some lame excuse and Annie just bursts his bubble... he then just says she is frigid and says he wants to break up with her... Annie tries to get inside the room to see who the girl is but her boyfriends tries to stop her and Annie ends up on the floor... George sees this and he is furious and comes over and punches the guy in the face... Annie's boyfriend tries to retaliate but George holds him down... Annie then just gives up and says... if you want to break up then OK we will break up and she gets up and leaves... George then lets go of the guy and he picks up the baseball bat that Annie had dropped and he leaves as well... he then finds Annie sitting on the stone steps crying.
George sits down and tries to comfort Annie but she is still very upset... she sees a couple in front of them arguing and she pretend to dub their conversation but uses her own story, George does the same with his story and Annie realises that George has also just been dumped and that is why he understands how she feels... the couple in front of them then forgive each other and walk away hand in hand. Annie tears up and asks George if he thinks that they can love again. George thinks hard and then replies that he doesn't know... George says goodbye to Annie as she is about to leave on a taxi, but suddenly Annie asks George if he was free tonight... George says yes and Annie takes George to a restaurant... the one she booked for her and her boyfriend... Annie then gets the waiters to come with a cake and sings happy birthday to George... George doesn't know why Annie knows his name and his birthday but she tells him that she saw it on the form he filled in for the baseball competition... the cake then arrives and it turns out that Annie had made a cake especially for her boyfriend with a picture of him on it and she apologises to George for the embarrassment but George takes the initiative and stabs the cake and Annie does it as well as a sort of revenge which makes her happier... Annie tells George that she can drink loads and wont get drunk so George lets her drink but after the meal... George is walking Annie home and it turns out that Annie was drunk after just one glass of wine LOL. Annie walks up to a house and George asks her if this was her house but she says no and that it was he boyfriends house/car... Annie says she wants revenge! Annie then starts prodding at the tyre with a twig and George just watches her for a bit and then he decides to help and just releases all the pressure from the tyres. Annie then livens up and gets really happy and laughs... Annie then suddenly just falls asleep and falls to the ground... George piggyback her and when she awakes he asks her where she lives but she is too drunk to respond... Annie then just drops all her belongings, her phone and her bag and George just carries her... he carries her to a hotel room and lets her sleep... he then goes into the bathroom and I think he is recalling the situation between him and his girlfriend but he is starting to see that he should let go... The door bell then starts ringing and George goes to get it and there are police at the door saying that they suspect someone is dealing drugs, the police ask to see ID and George gives them his but they want to see Annie's as well but he doesn't even know her name... Annie is really drunk on the bed and then the police suspect that George is trying to drug rape her and tells George to go to the police station with them...

I was absolutely hooked on the drama Love, Now with Annie and George and am so glad that they have paired up again for this... I am hooked on this drama already, its such a shame there is only one episode a week... seems too long to wait haha. I love the storyline and it seems so unpredictable as to what will happen, all I can say is keep watching!!!

George Hu portrays the character of 周震 (ZhouZhen), he is the CEO of his dad's business, his dad is an ex triad leader, George has just been dumped by his girlfriend because she says that his background is causing her trouble, George initially really wanted to hang onto this relationship and had tried multiple ways of winning her back, however after a coincidental meeting with Annie Chen who portray the character of 梁小舒 (LiangXiaoShu) , a radio DJ, and also after witnessing her being dumped by her boyfriend who calls her frigid, George is influenced by Annie and slowly learns to let go and move on. Annie and George help each other to get over their messy breakups and their friendship grows. Annie being a straight talking DJ has on multiple occasions picked on an ex triad leader (George's dad) when she is on air, George's dad decides to pick on Annie and decides to buy the radio station that Annie works at (her family owns it), George soon becomes stuck between Annie and his dad, he takes the decision to work as an employee under Annie and hides his real identity and soon feelings between the pair grow...
